Aramaic Studies

Aramaic Studies on the Original Teachings of Jeshua (Jesus)

There are no levels of status in God’s Kingdom.  Division and separation are not part
of the divine presence.  Sin means, ‘to miss the mark.’  So any notions – including rigid,
religious, legalistic, doctrinal absolutes – that separate us from God, ourselves, and the human family, are the very essence and meaning of sin – ‘missing the mark.’We must remember that God is spirit and love.  According to John’s Gospel, Jesus says
to the Samaritan woman:  ‘For God is Spirit.  Those who worship God must worship

Him in spirit and in truth.’

Then from the first epistle of John, it reads:  ‘My beloved, let us love one another; for
love is from God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.  He who does
not love, does not know God:  For God is love.”

perspective.  Through this course you will gain an understanding of the Semitic
customs, use of language, and forms of thinking

that prevailed in the times and life of Christ.
